Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming internet leads and online inquiries through CRM and dealership platforms

Respond promptly and professionally to potential customers via email, phone, and text

Set appointments and drive traffic to the showroom through effective follow-up

Monitor and improve lead conversion rates, response times, and communication quality

Collaborate with the sales and BDC teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer follow-through

Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure data integrity
