STEHP Case Aide is an entry-level role in social services, providing support to case managers or social workers in assisting clients the following:

- Assist clients in filling out forms and conducting intakes, applications, and other necessary documentation.
- Conduct initial interviews to gather information from clients for case managers.
- Provide clients with information about available services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records.
- Prepare, organize, and file documentation as required by case managers.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Assist in coordinating appointments, and other logistical needs for clients.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage communications on behalf of case managers.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain databases related to client services.
- Work closely with case managers, social workers, and other team members to support the delivery of services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Provide input on improving processes and client service delivery.
