Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school Diploma or GED equivalence
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service experience, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving diverse HVAC system issues, along with experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role overseeing an HVAC team.
License/Certification: Valid Texas driver’s license and current automobile insurance, EPA 608 Certification Type I and Type II. Current Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) HVAC License preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to use basic computer and smartphone skills
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
- Ability to read, write and speak in English and Spanish fluently
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry required objects at least 50 pounds
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must always demonstrate professional and respectful behavior
- Strong customer service orientation, and excellent teamwork skills
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing all types of HVAC systems, equipment, and elements
- Knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and control systems
- Ability to work independently, and manage time efficiently, making sure service requests are completed in a timely manner
