The Warehouse Manager will oversee all production related activity at company facility and will ensure proper maintenance and repair of company vehicles, trailers, small engines, forklifts, equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of company vehicles, equipment and facilities
- Maintain adequate inventory of replacement parts to limit equipment down time
- Manage vehicle licensing and inspections
- Develop and maintain a road emergency repair plan for vehicles and equipment to handle breakdowns, tires, etc during nights and weekends
- Document and report all maintenance and repairs to company vehicles and equipment
- Assist in preparation of vehicle related fuel tax reporting
- Complete truck and fuel logs in accordance with governmental regulations
- Ensure shop and yard remains neat and organized
- Manage and supervise yard personnel
- Develop and abide by required policies and procedures
- Supervise the loading of company vehicles
- Unload and store all deliveries to yard
- Ensure proper disposal of steel and bang out drums
- Maintain adequate inventory of basic production supplies
- Perform building and yard repairs and maintenance
- Small equipment repairs
- Welding, as needed

Work Conditions
- Overtime may be required to service equipment breakdowns                                     Â
- Work in shop environment as well as outside in varying weather conditions                       Â
- Travel out of town, overnight stays as required                                                                           Â
- Working in kneeling, squatting and cramped positions                                              Â
- Exposure to equipment capable of causing personal injury                                                       Â
Exposure to urethanes, solvents, oil and other chemicals          Â
