Erie Family Health Centers, a top workplace in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Medical Assistant team! In this role you will provide leadership and oversight to assigned group of medical assistants. Expectations include performing the responsibilities of a Medical Assistant as well as those appropriately delegated by the site director.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports a provider or providers for 100% of their day, unless otherwise assigned by their supervisor.
- Collaborates with providers and nurses in the delivery of patient care.
- Provides direct patient care that is typical and within the scope of a medical assistant.
- Assigns and monitors duties and responsibilities of Medical Assistants. Fairly balances staff and clinic needs.
- Performs regular scheduled performance evaluations and 1:1 meetings with Medical Assistants.
- Partners with HCO Director on crucial conversations with their team
- Participates in the development and implementation of individual, group and community education programs.
