Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist will leverage our Salesforce.com and Mobile App solutions to support client coverage and drive user adoption and data integrity. Additionally, they will provide key feedback to Product team to assist in identifying strategic enhancements and bug fixes.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform the daily process as defined in team process documentation to audit timesheets for Pay & Bill operations.
• Be a problem solver - Tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.
• Identify/escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution.
• Work with our management, product, and development teams to establish suitable departmental processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
• Act as super user and assist in training of other team members to support growth of Salesforce skill sets within multiple divisions.
