Account Support Rep/Account Manager
This role is part of our sales support team.. There are several duties like project coordination, customer order entry and managing a book a business where applicable, to help support our sales process and help support our customers.
If someone has print or sign experience and has worked with customer accounts, this is a great job to come in and make a major impact right away. Sales and Sales Support
Market Description
Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work. Duties may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, RFP response, product training or other related tasks. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Internal Description
An account support representative is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients or customers of a company. The person will be aligned with/support several Account Managers and Sales Positions to help with project coordination and entering orders into the MIS. The person needs to maintain a good rapport with internal employees and the customer and look for ways to increase organic sales with each account.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers
- Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Site surveys
- Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use.
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
- Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software

Work Schedules and Arrangements

- 830am-530 Monday through Friday
