Print and Brand Fulfillment Project Coordinator

The Print Portal Project Coordinator facilitates a fast, efficient, and convenient online ordering experience for print and marketing materials, benefiting both our sales team and customers.

Are you a highly organized communicator who thrives on managing complex projects and keeping teams aligned? We’re looking for a Print Portal Project Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional client experience through our custom print portals.

As the key point of contact between our sales team and our development crew, you’ll be responsible for making sure every step—from kickoff to final review—runs smoothly, on time, and on point.

Responsibilities

Customer and Employee Service

• Collaborate with our sales team to identify customers who can benefit from a custom print portal
• Collect digital assets and product info to help our development team build accurately
• Schedule portal builds into the production workflow
• Assist with basic technical tasks during development
• Test and QA site and product functionality
• Present finished portals to both sales staff and customers
• Monitor sites during trial/evaluation phases
• Keep the sales team informed with timely updates and communication
• Track and report progress through regular reviews and reports

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar, preferably in eCommerce or a related field.
• Strong communication skills—email, phone, video, and in person
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional and polished—you present well and inspire confidence
• Experience managing multi-phase or multi-part projects
• Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple tasks at once
• Tech-savvy enough to assist with light development or testing work

Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F with 1 hour lunch break
• Pay Range: $20-$22/hr
• Hours of the shift they will work: 8 hours/day
• Type: On site in Idaho Falls, Idaho or Rexburg, Idaho

• Proficiency in software tools including MIS systems, as well as project management systems (Asana, Freshdesk, etc.).
