As an Equipment Operator, your role is to make our customers happy through operating various
machinery and tools used in the production of signs, including large format printers, vinyl
cutters, laminators, CNC routers, channel letter benders, and assembly equipment. This position
requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain large format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, accu
bender, and other equipment used in sign/large format production.
Prepare materials and set up machinery for printing, cutting, laminating, and assembly
processes.
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and material alignment to ensure high-quality
output.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and optimize production
efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with material handling, inventory management, and other shop-related tasks as
assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in graphic design,
printing technology, or related field is a plus.
Experience operating sign-making equipment such as large format printers, vinyl cutters,
laminators, CNC routers, and heat presses.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings, job tickets, and
specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
