- Lead day-to-day operations across residential homes, day programs, and supported employment.
- Supervise and mentor Residential Coordinators + the Director of Community Programs.
- Champion compliance and quality care, keeping programs aligned with state/federal guidelines.
- Spark professional growth by coaching, evaluating, and developing staff leaders.
- Keep budgets, staffing, and overtime aligned with organizational goals.
- Represent New Horizons Center with families, funders, regulators, and the wider community.
- Be the 24/7 go-to leader in times of need — your guidance will keep everything moving forward.
