Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Micrologic, AMP, NXTWash, or similar car wash POS/control systems.
- Experience with networking, relays, soldering, robotics, or industrial controls.
- Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts, minimize downtime, and train/mentor others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
- Proficiency with remote support platforms and IT administration tools.
- Ability to travel across markets as required, including overnight and out-of-state assignments.
- Must be highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- All travel expenses, mileage, flights, rentals, and lodging must be documented and approved by the VP of IT & POS Systems.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history and ability to pass pre-employment background check.
Education and Experience:
5+ years of technical experience in IT systems, POS hardware/software, or field service support (car wash industry experience strongly preferred).
Work Environment:
Exposure to indoor and outdoor climates, including noise level.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some flexibility for remote work. May require flexibility to visit car wash locations during their operating hours, including weekends or early mornings.
