QUALIFICAITONS:
- Masters’ degree in Special Education, Education, or related field required; with a Type 75 Certification or Type 75 Certification eligible. Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models, and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programs.
- At least five years of experience in a related services discipline at a regular and special education school. Previous school administration experience preferred.Â
- Must be able to successfully complete Safety Care Certification Training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to navigate classrooms, aid with student care as needed, including assisting with student hygiene.Â
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
