As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you’ll provide compassionate, professional counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting their journey toward improved mental health and well-being. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and provide diagnostic services for those experiencing mental or emotional disorders. Collaborating closely with fellow Behavioral Health providers and Family Medicine staff, you’ll play a key part in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care aligned with our mission, values, and goals.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Behavioral Health Counselor is one who provides professional counseling services within the mission, values and goals of the organization. The Counselor will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to promote good therapy outcomes. The Counselor provides assessment, individual, group and family therapy; as well as diagnosis of patients experiencing serious mental and/or emotional disorders. The Counselor works with other Behavioral Health providers and Family Medicine staff to achieve coordinated care and optimal outcomes for the patient.Â
