You Have:Â
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination, preferably in the wine, beverage, or food industry.
- Exceptional influencing capability with the ability to manage cross-functional resources and diverse personality styles.
- Superior attention to detail with keen organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication across all levels of the organization, both formal and informal.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with prior hands-on experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, partners, and cross-functional business leaders.
- Strong curiosity and drive for improvement.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in both office and production floor environments as needed.
- Â Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak production periods.
