Summary
The FP&A Analyst supports the CFO by preparing detailed budgets, forecasts, financial models, and analytical reports to guide business decisions. This position plays a key role in analyzing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate operational performance.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results; identify variances and performance drivers.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Support cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) with financial analysis and recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to support decision-making on growth opportunities and capital allocation.
- Support internal and external audits with financial data and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting.
- Maintain lender reporting, including Borrowing Base calculations.
- Assist with month end closing activities.

- Respond to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, concise terms.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to support financial transparency and accountability.
- Promptly escalate significant financial risks or concerns to management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) in accounting required; Finance degree may be considered with equivalent accounting and financial analysis experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and results orientation.
