Education and Experience:

An Associate's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent is required.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience Benefits Administration of increasing levels of responsibility, preferably including nonprofit environments.

Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending affecting employee benefits programs, including the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Workers' Compensation, Medicare, OSHA, Social Security, and DOL requirements.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in addition to Paycom HRIS and benefits databases.

PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.

Strong work ethic and drive to excel.

Strong problem-solving skills

Public speaking and presentation experience.

Working knowledge of HRIS systems and report generation.

Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.

Excellent oral and written communications.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals.
