Location: Community Office- Lynn, MA 

Schedule:  8:00am-4:00pm 3 days a week and 12:00pm-8:00pm 2 days a week.

Pay Rate: $27.40-$28.84/hour

The Supporting Transitions and Reentry (STAR) Clinician is responsible for:

  • Utilizing assessment, group treatment, and relationships with community services for justice involved individuals.
  • Educating offenders according to the approved curriculum and completes all required documentation in the case record.
  • Participating in a multi-disciplinary team meeting on a weekly basis or as directed.
  • Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations. Facilitating classes and group sessions.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, conferences and other meetings as directed.
  • Working cooperatively with ECSD personnel to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the program.

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/MA or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, or closely related field required.
  • CADC or LADC preferred.
  • Must attend annual mandatory in-service and education programs.
  • Must complete education required for maintenance of professional certification or licensure if applicable.
