The Supply Chain Manager leads the execution of supply chain strategy as directed and in coordination with the EVP of Operations. Key responsibilities include leading the supply chain team for Starco Brands, and direct responsibility over managing supply (planning, procurement, co-manufacturing relationships, 3PLs) and Demand (Multi-Warehouse inventory deployment, fulfillment, order management, and KPI tracking). The right candidate possesses excellent leadership skills, process ownership, and strong business acumen. Negotiation, analytics, problem-solving skills, and experience with new supply chain methods and lean programs are required.

- Complete ownership of all day-to-day Starco Brands supply chain activities and responsibilities
- Responsible for Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning across different channels (i.e. DTC, Amazon, B2B etc.), working closely with the commercial teams to meet demand opportunities
- Oversee production planning with all contract manufacturing partners, and ensure existing and new manufacturing partners meet our service needs
- Ability to source and onboard new raw material, manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation partners
- 3PL Management - identify the most effective inventory stocking strategy, provide warehouse performance oversight, proactively manage inventory (ensuring FIFO), minimize inventory waste/ expiration and perform cost control for warehousing and shipping expenditures
- Lead and inspire the Supply Chain Team to meet the goals of the company
- Oversee S&OP process
- Develop and own all relevant KPIs for Supply Chain
- Monitor and reduce costs associated with inventory obsolescence, inclusive of monitoring shelf life, correspondence with sales, production/demand planning, and quality assurance to receive disposition
- Optimize order fill and reduce inter-company transfers via deployment activities, requiring close collaboration with co-manufacturing facilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet company objectives
- Develop, structure, and operationalize third-party service provider relationships, including freight, warehousing, and related logistics
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to meet company goals, and ensure transparency with key stakeholder
- Responsible for management of all suppliers in both direct and indirect procurement to formulate Supply Chain plans, processes and solutions for specific products, and to bid/negotiate on products/services
