MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed on the job analysis are representative of the skill, and/or ability required. 
 
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Basic reading, writing, and mathematics.
 
Experience: Five years of mechanic-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience. Desirable experience in a variety of equipment such as Union Special, Juki, Mitsubishi, Brother, Reece, Durkopp/Adler and PFAFF, Juki 3620, and other.
 
Specific Skills: English and Spanish proficiency. Basic electrical knowledge.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: None required.
 
Other Skills and Abilities: None.
 
Physical Demands: Frequently bends, kneels, and reaches out with hands/arms. Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
 
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
