Position Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor role requires the right person to provide guidance and leadership to the day to day housekeeping operations. You will be responsible for organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role and environment as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership and a professional image to residents, employees and guests. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evening shifts, weekends and holidays, as the hours for this position will vary based on company demand.

- Hourly employees:
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Education and/or Experience: High school education and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role and environment as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership and a professional image to residents, employees and guests.
