Profile:
As a Sales Consultant at our Porsche dealership, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, understanding their needs and preferences, and ultimately helping them find the perfect Porsche vehicle to match their lifestyle.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their automotive needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most suitable Porsche models for each customer.
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and performance of Porsche vehicles.
- Answer inquiries about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and aftermarket accessories.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up promptly via phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing or leasing options for customers.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively reach out to past customers to provide ongoing support and promote new vehicle offerings, incentives, and service specials.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on the latest Porsche vehicle models, features, technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and product knowledge seminars provided by the dealership and Porsche corporate.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service delivery.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction ratings through positive reviews and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Porsche vehicles and a deep understanding of automotive technology and features.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
