Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Director for the New York / New England territory. The right candidate can live anywhere in NE Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Massachusetts.
Job Description:
As an individually contributing sales representative of a major storage and organization manufacturer, the Sales Development Director (SDD) is responsible for developing and managing the growth of independent dealers serving both the single family and multifamily markets in our Midwest region. The SDD will represent the organization and product lines while educating the dealer, single family, and multifamily market members about our products, programs, and opportunities in storage and organization. The primary responsibilities will be to:
- Target and sell new dealer & builder partners
- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing dealers
- Sell on the quality of our products, innovation in both product and technology platforms, and accelerate the transition of builders and owner-developers to upgraded storage options
- Network and build relationships with Single Family and Multi-family owners, architects, general contractors, builders, and installing dealers in the territory and sell them on Organized Living products and programs.
- Travel in-market to all key current and prospective customers on a regular basis
