Your Mission: To empower our real estate Partners by expertly managing the crucial details of every transaction, allowing them to focus on their clients and close more deals. You'll be the go-to person who ensures smooth and compliant transactions from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-person role where collaboration is key, and you'll contribute to shared weekend and holiday coverage.

What You'll Be Doing (The Exciting Stuff):

  • Supporting Our Stars: You'll provide essential support to our real estate Partners, handling tasks related to listings, marketing, and HOA matters.
  • Orchestrating the Flow: You'll be the master of timelines, coordinating critical dates and deadlines to keep every transaction on track. This includes coordinating with outside brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Ensuring Success: You'll play a key role in reviewing contracts, processing them in our systems, and ensuring all transactions meet compliance standards.
  • Detail-Oriented Tasks: You'll expertly prepare disclosures and required documents and order essential reports like Owner & Encumbrance certificates, covenants, and plats.
  • Launching Listings with Impact: You'll help create buzz around new properties by coordinating brochures, marketing materials, photos/videos, and gathering HOA documents.
  • Tech Savvy Operations: You'll manage our CRM and databases, potentially assist with marketing campaigns, and navigate various technical platforms, including Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
  • Closing Deals and Ensuring Payment: You'll be instrumental in closing files and facilitating Partner compensations.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: You'll be willing to assist other team members, including providing front desk coverage by answering phones, greeting clients, and helping with showing schedules.

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Amazing Communication Skills: You'll have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional Organization: Time management, prioritization, and attention to detail are your strengths.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Your detail-oriented and enjoy tackling challenges effectively.
  • Tech Comfort: You're comfortable using various technologies, including Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
  • Customer Focus: You have prior experience providing excellent customer service.
  • Foundational Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, and/or lending.
  • An active Real Estate License.
