We are looking for an Outside Sales Account Executive who knows how to connect. The ideal person will have proven experience building new relationships, sustaining, and enhancing existing relationships, and ensuring a high degree of satisfaction. The Account Executive will be a proactive member of our sales team, and the key to Angel Oak Mortgage Solution’s acquisition of a wide variety of residential mortgage loan products and services through the Company's extensive business-to-business network of correspondents and brokers.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute sales strategy to meet established goals in assigned territory.
- -Secure new and maintain current relationships with licensed mortgage brokers. Solicit, build, and maintain mortgage broker and mortgage banker relationships.
- Responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and ensuring brokers satisfaction.
- Travel to customer's business locations on a regular basis to review customer's wholesale mortgage needs, resolve any issues and to promote new products. Market Angel Oak products and programs to the mortgage and real estate community.
- Educate and guide brokers through the loan submission to closing process.Â
- Thorough knowledge of and the ability to apply concepts to all aspects of residential mortgage lending, origination, operations, and delivery. Possesses refined marketing skills that can be applied to the wholesale lending environment.
