Job Summary
Working lead responsible for all PSR duties while also overseeing a team of PSRs. Role is responsible for identifying and establishing best practices to increase efficiency and overall patient satisfaction. Role will also involve leading a team, including hiring, performance management, and learning and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all duties listed on the Patient Service Representative Job Description.
- Manage team of direct reports.
- Work with HR and leadership to interview, select, train, evaluate, and provide performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other leads to develop training opportunities; deliver training.
- Review direct report activities to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction.
- Regularly audit patient charts to evaluate and determine the level of care provided meets compliance requirements.
- Relays all pertinent information to staff and assures that communications are effectively transmitted and received; interprets and explains practice policies, procedures, objectives, operations, and service organizations.
- Handles other tasks as needed.
