Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team with preparing quotes, proposals, and technical product documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate product and service information.
- Support order entry and track the status of ongoing customer orders.
- Maintain CRM database with up-to-date client and sales activity information.
- Work with engineering and production teams to understand product capabilities and specifications.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, customer presentations, and technical materials.
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, or training sessions as needed.
