Job Summary:
The Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office has multiple openings for full-time Assistant State’s Attorneys to prosecute serious, felony offenses. Salary range: $78,000-$105,000/year, commensurate with experience and abilities.
 
Description:
4+ years’ experience as a litigation attorney required. Senior felony prosecution or defense experience, especially multiple years prosecuting violent crimes, preferred. Exceptional communication, research, and writing skills are essential. Must be a licensed attorney within the State of Illinois at time of application, or provide evidence of eligibility for admission via reciprocity. Pending Motion for Admission by Reciprocity strongly preferred.
