We’re looking for a Third Shift Production Supervisor to lead and inspire our team during evening operations at our Hazelwood, MO facility. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on our associates - coaching, motivating, and empowering them to achieve safety, quality, and production goals while driving continuous improvement through LEAN principles. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage night shift manufacturing, shipping, and receiving teams with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Coach and support associates to help them grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Conduct daily safety checks and 5S inspections while holding the team accountable for maintaining standards.
- Plan labor, materials, equipment, and training needs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work closely with fellow supervisors and leads to align priorities and solve challenges.
- Track, analyze, and resolve production issues to drive efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline processes and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the success of the team and facility.
