Job Purpose:
- The primary responsibility of the food runner is to provide assistance to the servers and bartenders. The runner will help servers deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely run food out to correct tables
- Restock alcohol
- Restock supplies and food stations
- Wipe down and polish table settings as needed
- Clean and sanitize
- Reset tables
- Use expo carts
- Wipe down carts, runner/expo station, fridge
- Restock tongs and scissors as needed
- Other duties as assigned
