New Account / Deposit Services Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing all core processing aspects of deposit products
• Managing the deposit account origination platform
• Ensuring that all new deposit accounts are scanned and indexed
• Reviewing all accounts for proper documentation and compliance
• Processing interest adjustments, year-end tax reporting, and audit and exam requests
• Providing support to frontline staff and our retail department

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years technical experience in the following:

• Deposit documentation, account structuring, and compliance documentation
• Bank core system administration and maintenance
• Training new and existing employees
• Management of departmental staff
• Project management pertaining to deposits, imaging, and compliance
• Developing effective departmental communication
