Job Summary
The Retail Crew Member is responsible for small plantings and deliveries at client properties; as well as helping customers and taking care of products in the Garden Center.
We are recruiting Retail Crew Members to join our growing team. Weekend availability is a requirement and both full time and part positions available.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Be able to assist customers with garden questions and guide them towards the right product(s)
- Maintaining an excellent sales floor and outdoor live goods area
- Be able to care for and merchandise live plants
- Set an example to other associates for excellent customer service
- Efficiently ring up all sales on a cash register properly and accurately, handle money, checks, and other types of payment received for products sold per process/policy
- Accurately make change by counting it back to the customer
- Clean and dust counters and shelves
- Clean and maintain the restrooms
- Empty the trash
- Be crossed trained to fill in at other departments
- All employees are expected to be flexible and to do "whatever it takes" to help other co-workers and the company succeed
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
