OrthoMed Anesthesia is actively seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast-growing organization in Addison, TX. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-quality healthcare team in a fun, dynamic environment.
Position Overview
The Healthcare Recruiter serves as the primary liaison between OrthoMed Anesthesia and potential candidates, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the competitive healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape, particularly in anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and other office professionals, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time position based at our corporate office in Addison, TX, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The role requires on-site presence during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs for various locations within our partner network
- Recruit billers, schedulers, account representatives and other corporate positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, to understand current staffing needs and future plans while maintaining ongoing positive interactions and support
- Sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and future job openings
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to promote the organization and source candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and best practices
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for physician, CRNA, and CAA staffing preferred
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful placements in the healthcare field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, preferably Paycom
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., NAHCR, NAHP, etc.) are a plus
- Available for occasional travel as needed
