    • Coordinate sample requests and schedule appointments with Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Sales & Marketing Support
    • Assist the sales team by organizing samples, entering leads, and maintaining sales materials.
    • Help plan and execute showroom events, such as open houses and industry networking gatherings.
    • Track showroom traffic, inquiries, and event engagement for reporting and continuous improvement.
    • Work with the Marketing team to ensure all print and digital materials are current and on-brand.
  • Operations & Administration
    • Manage showroom calendar and usage for internal and external bookings.
    • Track, order, and organize finish chips, sample doors, and marketing tools.
    • Coordinate minor facility maintenance and serve as liaison to vendors and building management.
    • Maintain CRM records for showroom visits, lead capture, and event follow-up.

  • A sense of visual design and showroom merchandising flair.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
