EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. 6 months – 1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or additional related education preferred. Successful completion of a Weiler weld test.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read, write and comprehend documents and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS Basic computer skills preferred.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several components in variable and standardized situations. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
