Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Experience working in deadline-driven environments requiring accuracy, organization, and adaptability.
- Experience communicating across diverse groups and contributing effectively within team-based work.
Preferred:
- Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience within federally funded programs, conservation corps, or other mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with federal compliance processes and security screening requirements.
- Experience improving administrative systems, workflows, or recordkeeping processes.
- Experience supporting teams in dynamic operational environments.
