The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care by assessing residents, developing individualized care plans, and supervising caregiving staff. This position promotes residents’ well-being across all dimensions—physical, emotional, and psychosocial—through collaboration, education, and clinical excellence.

Wage: Starting at $34.00 – $42.16 per hour - Dependent on years of experience
Shifts Available- FTEÂ 0.6Â
- AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor changes in resident health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support residents’ long-term needs
- Provide guidance and supervision to caregivers and nursing assistants
- Advocate for residents and support families through education and communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and compliance efforts
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adequate vision and hearing required for assessments
- Must be able to manage emotional stress associated with direct resident care
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Eligible to work in federally funded healthcare programs
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills
