Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, a trusted name in senior care for over 130 years, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our exceptional care team in the vibrant Midway area of St. Paul. This role plays a vital part in supporting the daily health, wellness, and dignity of our residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities.

Wage: Starting from $19.50 – $23/hour
Shift Differentials: Available
Schedule: AM Shift (6:30am -2:30pm) and PM Shift (2:30pm–10:30pm); Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage residents with warmth, respect, and a positive attitude
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure resident health, safety, and emotional well-being
- Monitor and document changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
- Provide comfort and companionship while upholding our high standards of resident-centered care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas and support infection control practices
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification and listed on the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Registry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Genuine compassion and empathy for seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
