Episcopal Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator with a holistic approach to wellness to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care—particularly in a Transitional Care Unit (TCU) or Skilled Nursing environment—and a passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life through integrative, whole-person care. Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)
Wage: $18.00–$23.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging group and one-on-one activities that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Incorporate holistic and restorative practices such as aromatherapy, tai chi, gentle yoga, mindfulness, massage therapy, guided meditation, and music therapy to create a calming, therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with the Life Enhancement Director and interdisciplinary care teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wellness and care plans for residents in Skilled Nursing and TCU settings
- Lead creative and purposeful programs that inspire joy and connection—such as art, gardening, movement, intergenerational activities, and nature-based therapy
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to understand their life stories, preferences, and goals
- Complete required documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and quarterly updates
- Support a culture of holistic healing that integrates the mind, body, and spirit
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with memory loss
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, Holistic Health, or a related field
- Training or experience in holistic modalities such as tai chi, yoga, aromatherapy, or mindfulness practices
- Certification as an Activity Director, Recreation Therapist, or Holistic Wellness Practitioner
