Wage: $21.00 – $25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (8:00am-4:30pm) Every Other Weekend Â

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct personal care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) based on each patient’s care plan
- Deliver compassionate end-of-life support to minimize suffering and maximize comfort
- Assist with delegated procedures as directed by the RN, within state-permitted scope
- Accurately document care in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols
- Support daily home operations, including meal preparation, cleaning, organizing, and stocking
- Communicate effectively with the RN and interdisciplinary team, reporting observations, changes, and patient/family needs
- Collaborate as a supportive team member to ensure the needs of patients and families are met
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of a Hospice Aide training program and competency evaluation
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and interdisciplinary team care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine compassion for end-of-life care
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintaining professionalism in sensitive and emotional situations
