As a Receiver, you will support business by receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments, ensuring all items match the purchase order, and maintaining organized inventory. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Accept incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists 

• Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues to management 

• Ensure accurate documents of all incoming goods 

• Organize and store received items appropriately in designated area 

• Work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials 

• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the area 

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager 

MUST HAVES: 

• Detail oriented 

• Ability to bend and lift heavy items (50lbs or more) 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to stand walk on feet for long shifts 

• Strong sense of time organization and urgency 

• Able to work independently and within a team 

• Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
