Intern for HR, Finance, Business Development, or Contracts

Responsibilities:

  • HR Internship:
    • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
    • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Contracts Internship:
    • Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Support contract management activities, including organizing and maintaining contract files and tracking contract renewals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract revisions.
    • Assist with other tasks related to contract administration and procurement processes.
  • Finance Internship:
    • Support financial data entry and reconciliation processes. 
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct financial analysis and research to support decision-making.
    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
  • Business Development Internship:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
    • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Support business development activities, including lead generation, client communication, and relationship management.
    • Assist in the coordination of business development events and meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
