Tradecraft Trainer -- This role will provide dedicated expertise to foster the tradecraft development of new Data Engineers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to support mission objectives. This position will enable the alignment of Data Engineering tradecraft with Customer priorities, preparing officers for future assignments and ultimately driving mission success.

• The position will provide adequate tradecraft development and support.
• This role can be filled by a technical officer who has the foundational understanding of Data Engineering and is willing to learn and drive tradecraft.
• This Tradecraft Trainer will refine the Data Engineering training plan
• Develop new modulars for training

Will be responsible for understanding the comprehensive list of requirements needed for Data Engineer offices.

• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in the Sponsor organization, managing training projects
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency with Sponsor technology platforms
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Demonstrated networking skills
• Demonstrated briefing and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in instructional systems design methodologies highly desirable
• Data Engineering background is recommended
• BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing highly desired
• Project Management is recommended
