We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts-Subcontracts Administrator who is responsible for managing all aspects of contract and subcontract administration to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This dual-hatted role supports the entire contract lifecycle—from pre-award through execution to closeout—working closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful contract performance and risk mitigation. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with classified contracts and a strong understanding of government acquisition processes.

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:
- Develop, negotiate, and pre award agreements including RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, TAs and SB Plans.
- Negotiate agreements in compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFAR), company policies, and customer requirements.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support proposal development and pricing strategies for new business opportunities.
- Manage contract modifications, change orders, and equitable adjustments in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate contract/ subcontract files, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Performs subcontract close-out activities
- Interface with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and program management.
- Prepare and execute subcontract documents including subcontract agreements, modifications, and closeouts.
- Participate in audits and support reporting requirements including small business utilization.
