We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise and cloud solutions in support of corporate initiatives, government proposals, and client engagements. This role combines strategic advisory, technical leadership, and innovation enablement, with a priority focus on AWS and Microsoft platforms, while also leveraging Workday, Palantir, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. The role will support the company’s Generative AI growth strategy for federal programs.

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:
- Architect and design solutions for federal and enterprise clients, supporting proposals, corporate initiatives, and client delivery.
- Lead integration and implementation across AWS and Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, with additional integration of Workday, Palantir, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, including hybrid environments.
- Support Generative AI adoption and integration into solutions, proposals, and client offerings to enhance mission capabilities.
- Lead modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, enterprise SaaS (Workday HCM/Finance), and data integration platforms (Palantir).
- Develop reference architectures, technical roadmaps, and solution patterns that ensure scalability, security, and compliance for government programs.
- Provide technical leadership in business development and capture efforts, shaping proposals and presenting solutions to government executives and stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies—AI/ML, cybersecurity, automation, and analytics—and incorporate them into federal solutions and corporate offerings.
- Ensure all solutions meet federal and industry standards (FedRAMP, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL).
- Mentor teams in solution implementation, establishing best practices, and growing organizational technical depth.
