JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising and/or donor development.
- Proven success in securing major and/or planned gifts and managing donor relationships.
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in organizational and managerial skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must embrace the mission of ALC / Ginger Cove.
