The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, school and community setting.
Services will be provided for clients in a professional, energetic and quality manner that aligns exactly with the Treatment Plan. The RBT shall be responsible for maintaining a schedule in accordance with the needs of the client and as assigned. As determined by the case manager, the RBT may be assigned to collect data, assist with teacher/aide training, and assist the with clinical assessments as needed.
The RBT will have opportunity to grow professionally, beginning with the required RBT course and exam for earning the RBT certification. BTI has internal learning programs available to provide opportunity for providing services in various settings, including center and school district locations. Additionally, BTI offers the avenue for growth to a senior RBT position.
