Our CT Construction Project Managers assist our customers with everything from roofing repair & installation, commercial roofing, flood & fire repair, and remodel.
The CT Construction Project Manager should have experience in general construction with knowledge of restoration construction in water, wind, fire, and mold.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Assemble detailed and accurate project estimates
- Job site visits
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Material selections
- Quality control
- Meet job deadlines
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Simultaneously oversee multiple residential & commercial projects
- Manage high risk and complex projects
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies
- Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others
- Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients
- Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Secure applicable permits
- Meet with inspectors as required
- Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism
- Stay up to date the accident and injury policy and incident reporting procedures
- Implement site-specific safety plans
