The Position: Entry Level Operator

We’re hiring entry-level team members to support mill operations. You’ll be trained in multiple departments and be part of the essential crew that keeps production running smoothly. No experience? We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

You'll rotate through key departments, helping with tasks such as:

Digesters – Load vessels with wood chips, secure lids, clean up

Fiber Supply – Operate 988 CAT loaders, skid steers, and keep materials flowing

Power & Recovery – Clean equipment, operate valves and conveyors

Paper Machines – Keep machines clear and work areas safe

Shipping – Safely operate forklifts

All other duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and physical capacity test
  • Willingness to work physically demanding shifts
  • Able to train and act as a relief for jobs within multiple departments

 

Work Environment & Schedule

  • 12-hour rotating shifts with a great schedule: work two days, two nights, then enjoy four full days off to recharge
  • Fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise
  • Physical demands include lifting 40+ lbs, climbing stairs and ladders, working in confined spaces, and wearing respirators
