Position Summary: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and generate new relationships with the Bank. Utilize Kirkpatrick Banks sales culture as a compass to navigate the outside calling marketplace.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • The Treasury Management/Cash Management Officer prospects, markets, sells ,cross-sells, and implements the Bank's commercial depository and treasury services  to existing and new relationships
  • Focus upon growth and profitable relationships, while meeting all the needs in the business banking market
  • Sales and implementation of bank products and services such as business depository products, treasury management products, business credit cards, and merchant services
  • Refer loan opportunities and other opportunities as needed to appropriate personnel
  • This position requires outside calling skills and generating new business
  • Appropriately handles business customer inquiries and service issues of Treasury Management customers
  • Adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong product knowledge within the banking/financial services industry
  • Excellent business development and B2B sales/service skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to make both one on one and group presentations
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong internal and external business development sales skills

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor Degree in business, accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of outside sales, business development and customer service experience in the financial services industry

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Professional office environment
