About the Role

We are searching for an eCommerce Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring Lovesac.com runs efficiently and effectively – from SKU/data management and product builds to bug triaging and leading high-impact functions like on-site search. This role requires time management and problem-solving skills, follow-up ownership, and initiative to quickly adapt to a constantly changing business environment.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead on-site search functionality, optimizing results based on best practices, user data, and business goals.
- Own SKU creation and management, coordinating with IT to ensure set-up is complete for testing and product launch deadlines.
- Manages enhancements and fixes for key partner integrations including reviews, on-site personalization and analytics.
- Manage coupon codes including generation, distribution, maintenance, and database clean-up.
- Assist with promotion builds, testing and launches.
- Partner with UX, content, and development teams to identify and implement site enhancements.
- Lead and support ad hoc eCommerce projects, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and UX enhancements.
- Serve as a go-to resource for special projects, troubleshooting, and operational escalations.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.
